- 长期从事风能等可再生能源政策、市场分析研究，主持和参与了多项国家级重点研究咨询项目，包括中国海上风电和大型风电基地发展战略研究、风电产业对外投资国别调研、促进低碳发展的可再生能源政策及路径设计、中国风电光伏产业经济社会贡献量化研究、可再生能源法实施效果评估、清洁能源部长会议机制下中国清洁能源研发投入翻倍计划研究以及国家发改委、国家能源局、中国工程院等部门和机构的多项清洁能源重点研究项目。

Yu Guiyong
Director of industry research division, GM of Communication and international cooperation division of CWEA, Deputy chief-editor of Wind Energy magazine. With more than 10 years’ experience in wind energy policy study and market analysis, Mr. Yu has deeply involved in Five-Year Plans of wind energy development in China, amendment of RE Law, Supporting Policy Framework for RE in Post Subsidy Era and other national and local wind policy system consultation. He was the team leader for the first research project on Development Strategy of Offshore Wind Power China in 2008. Now he also is working as a consultant for government agencies and financial institutions.
